But in 1998, while building a custom home for the Denver Parade of Homes, Jonathan Williams faced a challenge that would spark a game-changing innovation. Traditional basement floors simply wouldn’t cut it. The solution? A brand-new, patented structural floor system—and the birth of FloR Systems. The first product, T Span, was revolutionary: an EPS-formed, insulated structural floor using a ribbed “T-beam” design that delivered both strength and efficiency.

What began as a tech-forward product company quickly evolved. Builders needed more than materials—they needed precision installation. FloR Systems stepped up, offering turn-key solutions and partnering with custom, semi-custom, and eventually production builders across the region.
